The Speedifer Oliver is an electric cargo and utility scooter by electric moped manufacturer Velocifero. The brand was created by the well known Italian designer Alessandro Tartarini and is backed by a big Chinese manufacturer. Alessandro Tartarini has created scooter designs for Lambretta, one of the most iconic scooter brands from Italy. He is also the creator of the Italjet Dragster design.
